wrong...20OZ is the standard dose of soda in the USA and nowhere else in the world...I think 8oz is the standard, I do not drink canned shit it so I do not know but its around that...a normal can of coca cola has 13g of fructose (25g of sugar total 55% is fructose), one banana has 8...one apple has 16 grams of fructose...

3 apples per day is like 3+ cans of coca cola

enjoy your fruits

oh and if somebody mentions how fiber in fruit slows down the absorption of the fructose they can suck my nuts upfront...it slows down absorption like yoyoba stops aging
