When people are asking about these kinds of things they are NOT bodybuilders and they are NOT sub 12% bodyfat, not ever. so your examples are worthless bullshit unless you are talking to other bodybuilders maintaining. You can get away with eating more fruit than the rest of us because you are lean already and you are in higher metabolism bracket than most. Not from diet but just from the fact you are lean. So fat people eating fruit is stupid, at least anything larger than a size of a single handful a day.
Neither of you dimwits lost your fat from piling on the fruit, neither of you have been anywhere near a competition and done that either, unless you lost miserably...

What's the point of reading up on health and nutrition if you can't understand that people come at this from different perspectives of health and fitness?
