Its funny you mention cyanide...there are a few cyanide precursors in veggies that are bio-available if you do not cook them thoroughly. Lima beans being one of them. Poison veggies

there is no reason to consume fructose...the body does not need it for anything and it can make it...people having trouble with fat loss will get fucked if they eat fructose...everything about fructose is bad...there is not 1 single benefit other than the taste...
