whether you eat carbs on the other hand is your choice...high gi vs low gi intake ratios are critical to regulating "variable insulin", the insulin you CAN control...avoiding fructose is a no brainer here...

gluconeogenesis is not a problem with "fattier meat"...also if you avoid bad carbs you feel less hunger...leptin is not blocked...it is hard to over eat....
