whether you eat carbs on the other hand is your choice...high gi vs low gi intake ratios are critical to regulating "variable insulin", the insulin you CAN control...avoiding fructose is a no brainer here...
gluconeogenesis is not a problem with "fattier meat"...also if you avoid bad carbs you feel less hunger...leptin is not blocked...it is hard to over eat....

Yes but regardless fructose stored within the cell walls of fruit takes about 4x as long to absorb and digest than say sugar from a can of soda. If youre looking at labels this isnt evident...
