In Poland government had brilliant idea to help increase birth rate by givining away money for people that have 2 kids and more. monthly 120 eur for 1 kid, for 18 years duration.,uncondiotionally for every kid above the 1st one.
it helped raise birth rate in first year of the program by 10 %. now its all down back to previous birth rates
in this world people that have the most kids are either uneducated, poor or those that dont give a fuck - cause they fuck like monkeys/ rabbits and dont use anticonception. and yeah, usually their kids also become poor and uneducated and repeat proccess.
educated and not poor people have as less kids as possible, thats the reality. and yeah, those are usually whites.
