No surprise. The ABA is merely a liberal advocacy group. They have no regulatory control over any attorney (or anything) in the US - that's the left to the state bar associations. When you become a lawyer, the ABA spams you constantly to join and then bombards you with credit card offers and other money making bullshit. No attorney takes anything the ABA says seriously. Most of the members are newbie attorneys who get freebie admission for the few years.
