For the record this will all go nowhere..
The FBI can't just open a investigation into a SC nominee because a Senator wont vote yes unless they do.
It doesn't work that way, added to this, they wont start a investigation with a imposed 1 week deadline. That's not how they work..
This is all just Flake not having balls enough to just say no, so he called for a investigation as a cop out so he can have an excuse to Republicans who will send him death threats anyway..
