I had a friend who was wrongfully accused of rape way way back. We ditched him when he told off a girl who was friends with the accuser. She wanted us to all go somewhere and he didn't want to go because she was there. She got pissy and tried to tell him to be more cool. He snapped and told her to fuck off he didn't want to be around her or any of her friends.
Well that tiny bit of standing up for himself caused us all to say...fuck if he acts like that..maybe he did it and we have to ditch him. Even though we knew the story that night in question we were all there when they left together.

Fast forward a few years..she admits it was a lie and he has successfully sued the shit out of the father of the girl for posting rapist posters of him all over the place forever
