I agree.
The court is doomed to become a political institution.
Just because legislators do not have the balls to legislate.
Then they would have to face voters for their decisions.
Not going to happen.
They will push the courts to change the Constitution by underhanded interpretation.
They need to put the rules back on that were in place for the house and senate in the 80's and require at the same time that it takes a 3/4 majority to change them thereafter.
It would go a long way in reversing this crap !
But, why not require a 2/3 majority for SCOTUS and require that the full senate has to post a vote on the floor for the seat in 60 days.
