Dear moron, I rarely drink (these days) the Senate asked Trump to order it.. He didn't have to do so. And he didn't have to do as they asked in limitations. The fact that he was even asked to order it with people doing like you just did and calling him a dictator out the other side of your face is, well, ridiculously two-faced.
