So now, another 6 months waiting begins, and after all, I'll learn OMG it was lost yet again.

How can a business like PAXUM afford to act like such a joke!?? WTF did I pay $100 for? I took a bet in Vegas, hoping I win and get a card in the mail, or I simply just lose and can forget about ever getting a new card?

i understand your frustration..
so why don't you just move on to another payment system ?
