I'm just going from the link you posted up top and it said he couldn't return til investigation. Nowhere in that link you posted in the first post did it say he was fired.

That story link did not say that, as Kavanaugh is not under investigation at Harvard yet. It said that when he is under investigation, he won't be allowed on campus until the investigation is complete.
