Coomeet? I use them for years but I don't see many people being familiar with it... It's basically an officially non-adult cam2cam / video dating platform, I think some people tend to do nude stuff on it but they probably ban for it if someone reports x)
It's like a chatroulette site except that it's more social, you can register, add friends, buy gifts to the girls, pay to lift restrictions and shit like that... and that's what makes the profit, when people add money to their accounts, they actually pay 40% which is very cool according to avg adult webcam sites and I can just easily bring good seo traffic to custom WLs...

Last time I saw they also offered a fully customizable embeddable chatroulette app, where you can really set everything yourself like drag-and-drop + easy coding but now it's removed from my menu :\ I guess try contacting them if you're interested about that
