When ?? that was the question. Libya under Ghadaffi was safe even in shithole towns...but after 2011 ??? And elsewhere. Even Egypt is kind of safe under the current military but for a few years after 2011 it was trouble for the Serbs and other infidels. So my boy.... dates and places are important in this discussion..
