There is a shitload of such stuff, and it really smells like a big agenda all together.
From the top of my head:
- black man portraying achilles in latest series
- walking dead (rick + black katana chick, old chick + black king, white farmer lady + chinese guy that is now dead......)
- marvel universe: Asgard portrayed as 50/50 black/white, and then you have Wakanda that is 100% black and of course, pushing the agenda that young black scientist there solves a tech problem that Stark + Hulk couldn't
All that makes you feel like every script needs to go through some "race mixing committee" before getting approved.
