there is only one possible use for them...this is replacing human jobs...well 2 possible uses but the other is from a movie where they hunt humans...
The robot in the video is Atlas, an American war robot created by Boston Dynamics, with funding and oversight from the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

The robot is being created to run after the enemy, jump and attack to shoot. A robot like Atlas can do the work of 20 soldiers with no training costs, etc. Much cheaper in the long run. Robots to take human jobs don't need to be agile runners, jumpers & climbers, war robots do
