You need to be picked up by the ruski spam machine, write some pro ruski articles, mention a lot that their the greatest and best and don't forget the toughest!.
Find a recent fake news article in google, go to advanced search and list results by date, then search again using 3 days before that earliest and 3 days after, pin point the sites that were used to seed the fake news, find an article on RT for that.
often I've found they are small obscure places around the world with a small local news site that allows feed back or submissions.
