Just look at the Kashoggi killing in Turkey... if that happened in a Syrian consulate there would have been 400 cruise missiles dropped on Damascus by now...But because its Saudis, he will "sanction" the 15 butchers who killed and chopped up Kashoggi...That will be the " big punishment" ....go figure ..stupid to the n'th degree..
