I think they are trying to give the market CPR and electroshocks...volatility was low as shit and october has been one flat line...binance bastards turned off tether withdrawal so they can take the arbitrage money for themselves...
I love the volatility but this is not looking good at all...lets hope more dumb people get in to the market to provide me with liquidity
