Not all libs are for this kind of thing.
Assuming Men are physically stronger sometimes, I think that a biological male should not be allowed to compete or be measured against women and especially win an award just because he identifies as something different.
If you want to blur the lines between genders or create new ones that's fine. IF you want to have a sport where everyone from every gender can compete then that's fine too, but identify it properly.
If you're going to have Womens Cycling, allow only biological women. Create a new category simply called Cycling, and let everyone regardless of gender or gender identity compete.
