Regarding the rejected attempts, the processor informed us that the transaction was rejected by the card issuer.
It can be a variety of reasons, from a limit the bank has , to the transaction raising flags to a policy the bank has to a temporary communication problem.
Basically, we suggest your try to withdraw the funds again and if you still can't, please contact your bank and ask for clarifications. If you can't get a clear reason and resolution from your bank you need to use a different card.
