a picture without context isn't really worth much is it?
but in general... typically when a family who is impoverished and is forced to migrate elsewhere they send the male 'able bodied' men first because they are able to find work faster and can send money to get the rest of the family over and support them eventually. I mean... that's how my family did it back in the 60's. Half of them even moved not all far from you in the southern massachusetts area.
My family flourished since then. Why can't these peoples?
