Well it isn't that simple. The wages weren't at $25/hr and then one day a white company owner hired browns to do it for $15 or whatever. Wages really stagnated after browns started opening their own companies that hired only their own kind. That made it difficult for white owned businesses to compete in the broad market and today they work mostly upper class projects that require higher skilled workers. All the young white/black/asian workers looking for entry level work (at a wage that reflects the physical effort) really got screwed over as the browns who now control that market use their brown "slave labor" instead.
