I'm in favor of that, I know Europe already throw a lot of money on Africa, unfortunately according to research and regular news much of the money goes right down the wrong pockets mainly due to corruption. Really sad cause the top political leaders in those countries with deep pockets and connections continue to wanting more but in the end they bitch slap and don't care the slightest on their own kind.
I don't know how politically stable Honduras is these days without checking but another solution could be to directly invest in a 3rd world country. It's already being done but more is needed with better efficiency and less Bureaucracy.
I'm at a severe critical mind set towards many of the world help organizations and that includes amnesty and UN, I'd rather see real investments taking place that matters and makes a difference.
I know much of this sounds very simple and I know in the long run it just isn't.
But astronomical amounts of money is pouring out of the western world every year and I get the feeling based on what I'm hearing and seeing, much is not being used wisely.
