Nothing directly with the API, but it is obvious to me that if he/she is looking for a webcam API is because he wants to extract the information from the shows in order to insert them in his website, once he is able to do this what problem will he have? the problem of getting people to his/her website and it is very likely that the original site (the one providing the api) it is getting thousands of backlinks so it will rank higher and his.
So I am offering my solution, because I have read many times people keep hacing problems monetizing their projects.
