I get up at 6 and do planning, research and 1-2 hours of email...by 9am I have half the work for the day finished if it is not a monday...if it is a monday then I am shit out of luck and I finish by 11-12...I am usually free until 3pm and then have to go to the office...I would not have this 6 hours free time if I got up later because everybody is up then and distractions make 3 hours work in to 4-5 hours work...getting up before everybody else and having focus is key...from 3pm to 6-9pm depending on how much work there is, I am at the office...these 3-6 hours are much less productive because everybody wants to chit chat and go for walks...and I watch charts/tickers all day long and all night...I have a dimmed down laptop next to my bed that acts like a night lamp with the btc/usdt and xbt/usd charts...
the #1 advice I can give to anybody is to get up early and free up your time early in the day...

There is such a thing as a COMMITMENT "muscle" - it is triggered when we do something uncomfortable and inconvenient REPEATEDLY over an extended period of time.

martial arts gave me discipline...the shortest road to it is by getting beat up, getting up and hitting back...I hate to sound like a rocky 1-6 movie but it is the truth...if you can take physical pain and carry on then little inconveniences in life mean shit...they apply the same principle in the army or even in jail...pain leads to discipline and discipline leads to structure...
