that sounds quite stupid this way... you say win7 didn't recognize your hdd because your motherboard is old... then you say win7 doesn't support new hardware, lol
I bought a whole new PC last year, has a 3TB hdd besides the ssd, WIN7 has no problem with it or anything else...
