You maybe surprised but there is no such a thing like "5 minutes before Big Bang", because you can't count something which does not exist. Gravitation exists with the time and IN time of course.

2. They the kinetic energy exists w/o any gravitation. It exists till the object which has a mass is moving. So in a space w/o atmosphere and gravitation it will exist forever.
