Besides the EU causing this massive chaotic migrant flow, they also started picking up all of these migrants at sea and giving them a taxi on a safe boat to Europe, causing even more people to choose to make the crossing to Europe.

Now this particular boy and his father were already in a safe haven (Turkey), alive and well. After their exit visa got denied by Turkey, the father irresponsibly chose to cross the sea to Greek island Kos illegally in a flimsy rubber boat, endangering the life of his kid which ended up dead.
But - according to several witnesses in that same boat - it was the kids father who allegedly worked together with the human traffickers: He was clearly the 'captain' of the boat, he steered it and made it go way to fast causing it to flip. Not only killing his own kid but also lots of other kids.

The photo of this dead kid was abused to spread the agenda to promote open borders and mass migration. But the kid was already safe in Turkey, and ironically it was the open border policy and the EU invitation that functions as a flame to a moth to illegals, the human traffickers who took advantage of it and the irresponsible father that ultimately cost this boy his life.

Using a picture like this, and even claiming it happened because of the complete opposite of reality, is cheap, sickening and low. I bet you didn't even know the real story of that kid. You just mindlessly use dead kid photos to spread a proven false agenda.
