If a surfer goes to the models bio page, and the content on that bio page entices them to click to sign up, then that model worked for the sale and earned that conversion.
If you want to sell traffic, then sell traffic.
If you want to be an affiliate, it is YOUR job to make the sale.
If you think your job as an affiliate is to just direct traffic to a page and the page makes the sale for you then don't promote models who have affiliate links on their pages.
