Yeah, the side who openly butchers people while calling themselves "peaceful" and calling their religion the "religion of peace", while talking about Allah being all merciful, all forgiving and all loving. Those are the ones not in denial. The ones hanging gays and stoning rape victims, sawing heads off and blowing up men, women and children in mosques or markets in the name of Islam... they're not in denial. You know, we see an awful lot of massive protests where people are wagging around AK-47s and RPGs and dressing kids up in suicide vests... we never see those same compassionate Muslims following the "religion of peace" in mass protests against violence. Funny how that works.
