Get every single thing of hers out of your house. Put it in a rented storage unit and mail her the key, or email her the lock combo, after it's all in there. Give her a deadline for picking it up. her stuff being out of your house gives her no reason to come back to your home.
Change your Facebook status to single (if you use Facebook. I don't.)
After you do that go on a mini vacation somewhere you haven't been in a place that you have to fly to. 4 days minimum. No logging into Facebook.
When you get back, go shopping for stuff to replace her things you put in storage.
Go for a long walk every morning.
Shower every morning.
Get your hair cut, maybe even die it.
Buy new different style clothes, and wear them.
Volunteer at a charity food warehouse. You'll be humbled by true suffering and deeply fulfilled with your value at making other's lives better.
She gave you the gift of a new fruitful beginning. Take it.
