Current situation can't be defended by any means. What he could say?
Anyway, I 've just got an answer from Fucxum support about my second missing card. They are asking 7 bucks more to make the third one. This is what they said :
"Unfortunately we don't have any control over the post office and, since your card was shipped on 2018-09-07, we can assume it has been lost."
Maybe this is their new business model, taking 7 bucks multiple times?
Anyway, how to defend a fact that they are not using tracking number. Why would anyone refuse to use a tracking number? $2 Chinese products from Aliexpress are having a tracking number.
They are sinking with every new day, losing credibility with this crap. I 've never lost a shipement in post office. In short, I don't believe them they are sending cards at all.
