That description isn't in the article Paul linked to.
Paul added that description to his quote from the article making it seem as if it was legitimate reported news in the article he referenced, which it wasn't.
Paul also changed the wording of the tweet you referenced to state that the shooter was indeed Middle Eastern, not "middle eastern looking"
"The suspect has been described as a Middle Eastern man in his early 20s wearing all black clothing and with a beard."
