If the TV is that new and is a smart TV it likely has the app built into it. There should be some kind of a menu button on the remote that will show you the apps it has. All you would need to do is log in using the Netflix app. You might have to download the app if the TV doesn't already have it loaded.
As for Prime, a fire stick will play it. If the TV is a smart TV it should also have a Prime app.
