The guy tried to get guns but couldn't.. Gun laws.
He tried to get explosives but couldn't.. gun/ terrorism laws.
He tried to hire a heavy commercial vehicle.. but couldn't.. terrorism laws.
So he packed his pickup with gas bottles and shrapnel, crashed it, turned a canister on and ignited it. Which sounds retard until you realise because he's on the "watch list", he can't search the net for these things..... terrorism laws.
he grabbed the nearest person, slit his throat... isn't nothing we can do about that. He tried to get others, managed to get the blade on two, but members of the public pulled him away.
Cops were on the scene in 90 seconds.
