It is the federal government that has chosen to divert resources away from forest management, not California.
At the same time, not a single positive thing out of the White House today. Again.

There was an assassination plot against Macron AT THIS EVENT. Trump's team probably got wind of it and deemed it unsafe.
Also you just claimed 66% private control of CA forests and 60% federal management. What's your source for these numbers?
