I voted no, based on personal experience with him. He is a DICK!
That being said, I honestly think he gets it back...let the games begin!
But, I do not think the judge, if he is seriously looking at this, will side with CNN...there's NO "oh, anyone from the press/media can act like they want to and get away with it" law...
You have to have proper respect...and he's not only been an asshat to whoever he's barking questions at, but it disrespects the OTHER media reps trying - repeat TRYING - to do their jobs, with all of Jimmy's asshat grandstanding!
