WRONG! It's just a temporary ruling while the case proceeds. The judge has NOT ruled on the actual case yet.
This has nothing to do with constitutional rights. Jim Acosta has no "right" to be admitted to press breifings. If that were the case, then every news paper and amateur blogger has a "right" to be there- and the room just isn't that big. It's also the President's residence- the Secret Service decides who comes in.
