Please tell me, when importing videos from big tubes: can I import tags exactly as on tube, or it is important to have oryginal tags, same as oryginal titles/descriptions?

The tags can be your category pages then, just make sure if your running a wordpress based site that you have the sitemap setup so it doesn't go overboard on either tags or categories!
I've got some feeder sites that still use WP with a script to grab videos from the big 10, I have it pull in titles and re-write them, and then to use the cat's and tags that are set the way they were on the tubes. I've found that the tags are usually more on target than the cat's with some tubes, so I've been truncating the cat's and focus on just the tags the last few months.
To keep my tag's page from going totally fucking crazy, I'll go into WP every few weeks and purge any tag's that don't have more than a handful of videos associated with them, the exception to that rule is site name tags, so if it's tagged with say jeffsmodels then I'll leave something like that since you want to get SE attention for type-ins that are searching for a certain pay-site with keywords. Again, make sure and spend your time working over the descriptions and KW on the tag or cat pages, depending on which you choose to use. I wouldn't use both, pick one and go with it, but having both is just going to cause Google to see lot's of duplicate content!! So edit your sitemap to include the one you plan to market, and no-follow the other within your theme!
It's a lot of fucking work, but if you want SE traffic you have to do it
