It does not comes with lightbox popup, gallery navigation etc because all these features are provided by freeware plugins. E.g.:

My plugin will automatically download the full-sized images to your site, crop thumbnails, make WordPress galleries and generate new posts. Everything else (I mean the look/layout of your site, lightboxes, page navigations, ratings, view counters etc) will be done by 3rd-party themes/plugins according to your own preferences. Both my plugins are compatible with all existing plugins and themes that follow WordPress codex.
