No, you can't drink with metronidazole, because you will feel very sick after that. As a side note for EddyTheDog, metronidazole is not an antibiotic actually. It's an antiprotozoal and antimicrobial drug.
Can't say that $250 is a good price for a tooth removal, but it's quite affordable anyway.
