it only takes 1 second to search "chrome plating law california" and see the environmental laws that he's talking about... and see that costs went through the roof.. meaning fewer places do it.... hence, it gets harder to find... or to find tons of CA people asking "where can i get chrome plating done.." which should be the obvious clue that it actually is a problem.
It's no reason to kick a good man while he's down either or provoke someone into a stupid pissing contest who just lost everything so you can be "right".
