Nope. they won't give you that data, and it will be even harder in the future. If visitors are not signed inside their Google account, then there is a chance you will see it.
The trend is to take all info from us and later earn money on that monopoly. Smart people are doing as much researches as possible and then saving that data for the future.
Google is already blocking info for many explicit keywords, or at least what they consider explicit. Terrible practice, I am seeing it all the time and it is just a matter of time when they will cut info for most of the porn keywords.
