no, i am not hitting 100 mbps on my 95th% , i am hitting 42.52 Mbps on my 95% percentile

Do you have an image of your MRTG chart? Similar to what TFCash posted.
You should likely be on a 250 Mbps limit minimum. I'm not sure why they wouldn't just open it up for you if you are paying for the bandwidth anyway.

i an mot hitting 100mbps on 95% yet, so i am good.
1gbps port upgrade costs 50 bucks per month., but thats not issue here,
