The Dems gave millions in campiagn funds to a foreign spy for the fake dossier, to get the fraudulent fisa warrants. That's a crime.
Why would this surprise anyone?

The British government, as a regular course of business, tap and hack the Russians on British soil. The United States government does the same.

When a US citizen calls a Russian government official (or Russian government agent), that call is most likely monitored. This is how Flynn got caught lying.
