HIV not a big deal nowadays for people who can get free treatment. Cancer and heart-related problems, diabetic, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases etc are incomparable more dangerous than some HIV which is not lethal (at least in a place where I live) and it affects generally fags and junkies. Cancer is a plague of our civilization. I say cancer, not HIV or anything else.
