As a matter of fact, I HATE banning publishers - I'm in the business to BUY traffic. Every account I suspended means less to buy. But, I have to protect the integrity of our network and traffic sources. If you are sending traffic contrary to our terms and conditions, your account WILL be suspended.
Our advertisers rely upon us to send quality traffic - and they rely upon me to make sure all our sources are clean. I make no apologies for kicking out publishers that can't follow our simple terms.
And, our minimum deposit for advertisers has always been $20, and we have no plans to change that. There is no collusion - stop with the conspiracy theories.
