Everything he said was in fact true - very true. Secretary Powell did in fact present such evidence, and his report said they believed Baghdad failed to disarm, and his report also said they believe Baghdad was intentionally trying to deceive the International community by dismissing the inspectors.

We have had dozens of investigations into Hillary Clinton and everyone else, and all of them have come back with "no charges". Yet we have one investigation into Trump and dozens have been indicted, some have plead guilty, and others found guilty in court.

You can spin it any way you want but the truth is the truth.
